| At present,China’s agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing industry has problems such as backward technology,extensive production,low product quality and reliability,and lagging service.It is faced with the challenge of integrating agricultural machinery and agronomy and climbing the value chain to the middle and high end.Under the circumstance of drastic reduction of agricultural labor force,agricultural machinery and equipment as the material basis to promote the development of agricultural modernization,servitization and digital collaborative development will become an important path for agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing industry to reduce operating costs,improve service quality and enhance industry visibility.In view of the objective reality that servitization and digitization of China’s agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing industry are still in the initial stage,the coordinated development of the two is not balanced,therefore,the state determination and development path characterization of servitization and digitization of agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing industry become the focus and main topics of this study.Focusing on the research problems,this study on the basis of relevant literature review and theoretical elaboration,first of all,for the agricultural equipment manufacturing industry service and digitalization system,using the Logistic growth model,put forward three modes of service and digitalization collaboration,and the existence of the three modes was verified by examples.Secondly,based on the Wuli-Shili-Renli system approach,the collaborative framework of servitization and digitalization in the agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing industry was given,and the state of servitization and digitalization collaboration in the agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing industry in China was judged by the coupling coordination degree model.Finally,based on the judgment of the state,the development path of servitization and digitization in agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing industry is proposed,and its application in solving the problems of "who will farm","how to farm" and "how to plant well" is discussed.The following research conclusions are obtained:(1)The agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing industry has three kinds of collaborative modes: digitalization priority,servitization priority,servitization and digitalization synchronization.Due to the small scale and small product audience of China’s agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing industry,influenced by limited enterprise resources and strong situational dependence,servitization and digitalization present three collaborative modes of mutual assistance,complement and integration.(2)Servitization and digitalization of China’s agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing industry have good development trends respectively,but servitization is relatively lagging behind.Through the judgment of the coordination state,it is found that the servitization and digitalization of China’s agricultural machinery and equipment manufacturing industry are currently developing well on the whole,but the servitization is disconnected from the carrier(agricultural machinery and equipment)and means(digital technology)bearing its value realization.(3)The collaboration of servitization and digitalization of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing industry need the unity of Wuli-Shili-Renli.The bearing capacity of agricultural machinery equipment should be strengthened,the digitalization ability of internal armed equipment and external service should be enhanced,the service should focus on the application scenarios of agricultural machinery equipment,and the service content needs to be innovated.The research conclusion provides a theoretical basis for the servitization and digitalization collaborative development of agricultural machinery equipment manufacturing industry,provides a reference for manufacturing enterprises to make collaborative priority decisions,and has important practical significance for the industry to climb up the value chain to the middle and high end,and achieve China’s agricultural modernization. |
