In this thesis,taken the 1000 t self-elevating wind turbine installation vessel project as the research background,according to the ship's main technical performance and operating condition,the design of spudcan is analyzed from the way of engineering.By the different between the sandy soil of the European mainstream wind field and the muddy soft soil of the east coasts of China,the depth of the inserted leg by self-elevating wind turbine installation vessel will be bigger in the condition of muddy soil.Therefore how to be“up,stand firm,pull draw”of the self-elevating wind turbine installation vessel became a big problem concerned by a lot of owner and design institute.The main research work is as follows:(1)This paper expounds the background and significance of this topic research,analyzed the typical self-elevating wind turbine installation vessel both in China and abroad.(2)To introduce the main performance,technical parameters and design conditions of the 1000 t self-elevating wind turbine installation vessel,analyzed the two lifting systems and expound the topical structure of the leg and spudcan.(3)Analyze the buried depth and the pulling force of the spudcan in combination with the practical situation of our country coastal.To obtain the optimal size of the spudcan by the analysis of the relationship between the two.(4)To calculated the structure of the spudcan according to the specification requirements of CCS.(5)To establish a finite element model,list the design condition of the spudcan and analyze it.
