Innovation has become the driving force of economic development in China.Under this circumstance,the stratagem of innovation has been necessary for the enterprise development.While,during the process of developing and researching the innovative product,there always exist the risks which will have negative effects on the project,delay the sechdule,and waste the money and resources.Even though,innovation is still the most important thing in a developing company.So,the company needs the method of risk management to help it to keep innovative and control the risk effectively.To manage the risk of the real R&D project,Auto Tracking and Targeting Jet Suppression Device(AJSD),the paper adopt the WBS based NUDD methord to identify the risks of the R&D project.Then,use Failure Mode and Mffect Analysis(FMEA)method to analysis the risk from occurrence frequency severity and detectability.During the process of analyzing the severity of the risks,the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation(FCE)methord is adopted so that the risk can be more accurately evaluated based on their different effect to the risk factors.Thus,using FCE methord can help FMEA to have a better risk analysis result.Take relevant risk coping strategies and define related risk coping actions.Taking all these methords mentioned above can help the AJSD project to have a better performance in risk management.
