Measurement System Analysis Improvement For Automobile EBOX Production Line

The manufacturing company must carry out the measurement of the production line test equipment,and according to the characteristics of the test equipment for the measurement system analysis,which has become a clear requirement in the quality management system documentation.In recent years,the requirements for the measurement system analysis of the major vehicle manufacturers have been paid more and more attention.According to the two different characteristics of the measurement system of Geely Automobile EBOX test system,we make analysis with different methods of evaluation.According to the measurement system,linear and bias analysis,stability analysis,repeatability and reproducibility analysis are carried out.Through the optimization of the quality control documents,inspection procedures,bad products processing;change the process flow of BEC;increased load current value to optimize pin intermittent short circuit;change the pressure of the machine,and layout the loading position;improve the software algorithm,increase the error prevention of contact jitter,increase under voltage,over voltage and over current protection;improve the training of operators;improved hardware of the measurement system by adding pneumatic components to reduce the influence of human factors;the data of the two systems are analyzed again.Through the analysis of the measurement system and the improvement of the EBOX test system,the successful experience is obtained.We extend the improved EBOX test system and the corresponding measurement system analysis method,and applied to the company’s other car EBOX production system.After the improvement,it formed a modular standard.Handling of defective products;the abnormal response of human,machine,material,method,environment and measurement;the method of equipment management;continuous improvement;the analysis to achieve normalization and institutionalization measurement system,has very important significance.
