Electronic equipment must be conducted under the condition of vibration environment adaptability test,to satisfy the reliability of the electronic equipment under the condition of vibration missiles security system is an important part of safety blasting safety device,is responsible for missile must ensure that a missile in the whole transportation storage test and after launch vehicle at a safe distance,ensure people and equipment safety.Reasonable hardware and software are designed according to the scheme to complete the development of a certain type of security system detection system.TMS320F28335 microcontroller as the detection system in the design of hardware of the system control chip,the chip is mainly responsible for system test data acquisition and communication and the upper machine,surrounding the chip。The software design of the system includes the design of the upper computer part and the software design of the lower computer part.The upper computer module is designed by using LabVIEW software and database technology to generate reports and other technologies.The modular design concept is adopted to complete the design of each part of the upper computer test module.The lower computer software module is designed to program TMS320F28335 to achieve the test goal。Finally,by under different vibration frequency,the temporal sequence as well as the input current to six security system test and error analysis was carried out on the test results the experimental results showed that: the design of the test system is stable,more fluent software,human interaction interface more humane,and the results of each test accurate,reliable and can meet the design requirements,can achieve the anticipated effect of this subject research. |
