Design And Implementation Of Elevator Inspection System Based On Mobile Terminal

Nowadays,the server system of elevator's inspection adopts B/S architecture,which is better for office workers who can login in through the computer browse,such as service requestor,director and dean of inspection bureau.But for inspectors,who work mainly at the elevator equipment site,should take task list sheet from Special Inspection Department(SID),then fill out the quality inspection sheet on the spot,return to Special Inspection Department(SID)after finishing inspection and login in inspection system to input the inspection results,finally submit inspection report in paper to complete inspection task.Besides the low inspection efficiency,current approach has problems with inspector ID authentication and multiple data input,therefore it can't meet the requirement for increasing numbers of elevators.This thesis introduces the approach that utilizes mobile system with smart phone as supplement solution for traditional elevator inspection system.The main research contents are as follows:Take advantage of the characteristics of smart phone's touch screen to solve the problem of elevator inspectors' report signatures by researching handwriting signature technique;use the capability of GPS and network communication to make operators receive checking list effectively by researching task pooling technique;make use of the smart phone's map navigation client to meet the requirement of quick arrival site by researching URI mediation technique;use the smart phone's large screen to let the operations check table,input information and submit report on the spot by researching the inner relationship of the paper form,JSON relationship and professional keypad technique;make use of phone's camera to let operators take the evidence efficiently by photograph video technique.This thesis realizes an elevator's inspection system based on mobile terminals by utilizing the above technical innovation.The inspectors can smoothly receive checking list anyway and arrive at the scene quickly with map navigation function,check the rules by using a spreedsheet and input the result using a proprietary small keyboard.All are under inspection system and instead of paper flow.This decreases input error and manual confirmation and increases the elevator's effective inspection time form 30% to 60% of the total process time,nearly double the previous inspection efficiency,which can alleviate the resent severe test pressure greatly.The elevator inspection system based on mobile terminal is parallelly used together with traditional elevator inspection system,provides a real paper-free solution for elevator inspection,and solves the problems of efficiency and security existing before.
