Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Mobile Inspection System

The inspection and notch management of the oil,gas,water,electric power lines,pipelines and equipment in china,rely mainly on the regularly timed manual inspection by inspection visits.The traditional inspection work is mainly manually recorded on handmade paper.It is not only a huge amount of work and inefficient,but also paper-based defect reports are not easy to save,retrieve and statistical analysis.As 3G wireless networks and WiFi network coverage,a large number of iPad,iPhone and Android system terminal devices which are high-performance,small size and easy to carry have been published.Mobile terminal applications emerging,the mobile inspection which based on portable intelligent terminal will become the trend of the times.This paper introduces a new type of enterprise mobile inspection system.The main work includes the following aspects:firstly,the paper introduces the research background and significance,analyzes and summarizes the current status of the development of mobile inspection.Secondly,the paper completes the requirements analysis of system,including application background,system objectives,design principles,functional requirements and non-functional requirements.Thirdly,according to the system requirements analysis,the architecture of system,the structure of data of system and the tables of data services are designed,which are based on mobile application platform.Fourthly,the mobile inspection background management system is designed and implemented,and the solutions of system key technologies have been proposed.Fifthly,the paper completes the deployment framework of system,deployment steps and the test of the mobile inspection background management system.Sixthly,the paper summarizes the advantages and innovation of the system,and presents the future outlook of the system.The test resuts of system show that the system is easy to operate,powerful,real-time and security.The standard of mobile inspection is uniform,the inspection task is standardized and orderly completed and the efficient monitoring of inspection records is implemented.The system meets the basic mobile inspection demand.This new system of mobile inspection will improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the actual inspection.It can not only reduce losses but also bring greater benefits for enterprises.
