Study On The Influence Factors Of Cultural Connotation Construction In Water Conservancy Scenic Area

As a new scenic spot,the water conservancy scenic spot has become a good place for people to relax because it meets the needs of people returning to nature and hydrophilicity.However,the lack of cultural connotation makes the water conservancy scenic area slowly lose its characteristics,the recognition degree is reduced,and the homogenization phenomenon is serious.This requires integrating the local cultural elements,paying attention to and grasping the cultural construction of the water conservancy scenic area,making it a display water project,water culture,water ecological window.This paper focuses on the cultural connotation of water conservancy scenic areas,including not only the excavation,protection and inheritance of existing historical culture,but also the creation of a new era culture that is compatible with modern society,and the relationship between water conservancy scenic spots and cultural connotation creation.Based on the perspective of landscape architecture,based on cultural gene theory,heritage activation theory,contextualism theory,and sustainable development theory,through literature survey method,field survey method,Delphi method,questionnaire survey method,frequency statistics method,Factors and weights affecting the cultural connotation of water conservancy scenic spots.In order to make up for the lack of culture,continue the local historical context,further guide the cultural construction of water conservancy scenic areas,and enhance the cultural connotation of water conservancy scenic spots.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Construct an evaluation system for the cultural connotation of water conservancy scenic spots.Firstly,through the literature,expert survey and the current national cultural evaluation system,combined with the characteristics of water conservancy scenic spots,from the three levels of material culture,spiritual culture and institutional culture,32 primary selections related to the cultural connotation of water conservancy scenic spots were selected.Factor;secondly,factor optimization by Delphi method,finally identified three sub-criteria layers such as three criterion layers,“architectural relics”,“water conservancy facilities” and “ecological resources” and “the value of architectural relics” and “architectural relics” 24 indicators such as the original authenticity,the legacy of ancient hydraulic construction,and the value influence of contemporary hydraulic construction;finally,the analytic hierarchy process is used to compare the indicators of each layer,and calculate and rank the weights.To determine the final evaluation model for the cultural connotation of water conservancy scenic spots.(2)Verify the feasibility of the evaluation system.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to demonstrate the case of Huotongdong Tianshuili Scenic Area.The feasibility and scientificity of the evaluation system are verified by the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods.The results show that the cultural connotation of Huotongdong Tianshuili Scenic Area has been successfully constructed,especially in the “architectural relics”,“water conservancy facilities” and “folk customs”,which is consistent with the actual survey results,indicating that the evaluation system is feasible.(3)Put forward the strategy of building cultural connotation in water conservancy scenic spots.By exploring the cultural connotation of water conservancy scenic areas and creating the relationship and weight of influence factors,we will focus on the “water conservancy facilities”,“folk landscapes” and “architectural relics” of water conservancy scenic spots,and attach importance to regional cultural excavation,folk customs display,and water culture.Propaganda and education have made the cultural construction of water conservancy scenic areas have a focus.Therefore,the evaluation system of cultural connotation of water conservancy scenic spots can be used for the study of cultural construction in water conservancy scenic areas,so as to guide the future development of water conservancy scenic spots and explore a new one.A cultural road suitable for the sustainable development of water conservancy scenic spots.
