With the rapid development of civil aviation transportation industry and the continuous growth of energy consumption,energy-saving and emission reduction and green routes have gradually become research hotspots.It is of great significance for saving energy and reducing carbon emission of civil aviation to actively carry out the analysis of route energy efficiency,understand the situation of route energy efficiency and fine energy management,which is conducive to improving energy efficiency.Based on this,this paper focuses on the analysis of the numerical characteristics of route energy efficiency indexes,constructs a route energy efficiency index system,analyzes the statistical characteristics and distribution rules of energy efficiency indexes in the whole route and each flight phase,and studies the relationship between energy efficiency indexes and flight parameters and flight modes.Therefore,it provides certain theoretical support for promoting energy-saving optimization and improving energy efficiency.The main work of this paper is as follows:First,the route energy efficiency measurement index is selected to build the route energy efficiency index system.The ton-kilometer fuel consumption is selected as a comprehensive index to measure the route energy efficiency,and three new energy efficiency indexes are defined according to different expressions of ton-kilometer fuel consumption.From the perspective of combining the overall analysis and flight phase analysis,the route energy efficiency index system is established as the follow-up analysis framework.Secondly,according to the analysis framework of route energy efficiency index system,a comprehensive analysis of the numerical characteristics of energy efficiency indexes in the whole process of the route and each flight phase is carried out.First of all,through statistical analysis,it is found that there are numerical differences in energy efficiency indexes of some flights in the whole route and each flight phase.Secondly,in order to find out the cause of the numerical difference,the influence of aircraft model and flight mode on the route energy efficiency index is analyzed by comparative analysis method,and theoretical support is provided for the preferred model and flight mode of the route.Finally,the main influencing factors(flight parameters)of energy efficiency indexes in each flight phase are screened by grey correlation analysis.The main factors and energy efficiency indexes are analyzed by single factor modeling using regression analysis and least squares method.The relationship provides a reference for taking measures to improve the energy efficiency of the route.Thirdly,based on the common influence of various factors on the route energy efficiency indexes,an energy efficiency multi-factor modeling analysis method based on improved DBN is proposed to analyze the route energy efficiency optimization measures.The method uses the deep nonlinear network structure of DBN to realize the approximation of the complex nonlinear function relationship between energy efficiency influencing factors and energy efficiency index,and builds a multi-factor model of route energy efficiency index based on improved DBN,and uses this model to analyze route energy efficiency optimization measures.Finally,according to the route actual transportation production data,the energy efficiency analysis system tool is designed in combination with various energy efficiency analysis methods,which provides strong support for airlines to analyze route energy efficiency.
