The first problem we need to solve in railway project construction is the comprehensive optimal selection of line scheme.The choice of different route schemes will have a direct impact on the quality of the project,the time spent on the completion of the project,the investment of the project cost,the operation of the project after completion,and will also affect the transport capacity of the railway.In addition,the choice of different route schemes will also affect the development of natural ecological environment,economy and social development in the surrounding areas along the line.Therefore,for the importance of different choice of line scheme,the evaluator should carefully consider the choice of line scheme.On the premise of satisfying all kinds of technical indexes,we should make a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the line scheme,so as to ensure that the identified line scheme is the perfect scheme which has been considered repeatedly and carefully.In this paper,we use the relevant thought method of grey correlation analysis to improve the TOPSIS method,and put forward the improved TOPSIS method based on grey correlation,considering all kinds of influence factors.Finally,the most scientific and reasonable choice is made by using the improved grey correlation TOPSIS method.First of all,through a comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the line scheme,we should grasp the main influencing factors,ignore the secondary and minor ones,and make sure that there is a primary and secondary influence,so that,after careful consideration,The four aspects of technology,economy,environment and society are selected as the main research objects,and a comprehensive evaluation index system is constructed based on the four basic criterion layers and their 19 detailed index layers.The calculation process of the weight of each index by using AHP method and nine-scale method is described in detail,which makes the weight of each index worth determining.Secondly,the grey relational analysis method and TOPSIS method are described in detail,and the advantages and disadvantages of these two methods are analyzed.The comprehensive evaluation matrix is constructed,the comprehensive evaluation matrix is standardized and weighted,the grey correlation coefficient matrix is obtained by introducing the idea of grey correlation analysis,and the positive ideal scheme and the negative ideal scheme are obtained by comparison and screening.The Euclidean distance between each line scheme,positive ideal scheme and negative ideal scheme is solved.Finally,the relative sticker of each line scheme can be obtained by calculation.Close,and based on this,tomake a scientific and reasonable program choice.Finally,taking Zhoucun to Zouping logistics station as an example,using the analysis and evaluation method of this paper,the paper makes a scientific and reasonable choice of Zhoucun to Zouping logistics station railway line scheme.And the chosen line scheme is the same as the line scheme adopted by the design unit,which proves that this method can finish the line scheme selection work well.Compared with the traditional route scheme selection method,the analysis and evaluation method in this paper is more comprehensive and more objective to the analysis of the factors affecting the line scheme,and the final choice of the scheme reflects more humanistic concern.Closer to real life production.It brings some ideas and some changes in the way of thinking to the following study of optimal selection.
