Now is the time of sharing economy.All industries need to cooperate to adapt to the increasingly complex market environment.With the development of e-commerce in our country,the speed of logistics has become the key factor in the competition of major merchants.Only by giving full play to the advantages of road transportation,railway transportation,air transportation,and water transportation,the satisfaction of people's consumption can be improved by multi-modal transport.China's high-speed railway industry is relatively mature and its development level is at the forefront of the world.By 2020,the high-speed railway will cover more than 113 metropolitan cities(including mega cities).At the same time,the country will focus on building 150 integrated passenger transport hubs in a zero-distance interchange mode[1].In order to improve the utilization efficiency of high-speed rail,China's high-speed rail transport of goods to implement the mixed mode of passenger and freight.In recent years,cold chain logistics has developed rapidly,not limited to short-distance transport,and the increasingly perfect integration of high-speed rail and cold chain logistics has attracted attention.Cold chain logistics can "take the high-speed rail" to help the development of cold chain logistics,and achieve win-win results.Through a comprehensive analysis of the latest research results of domestic and foreign academic scholar's research results,this paper is divided into six chapters to explore the related issues.The first chapter introduces the research background of high iron and regional cold chain logistics crossover development,domestic and foreign literature,as well as the main research contents and innovative points of this paper.The second chapter defines the meaning of cross-boundary integration of high-speed rail and regional cold chain logistics.At the same time,it analyzes the operation mode and status quo of cross-border integration of high-speed railway and regional cold chain logistics.The third chapter analyzes the high-speed railway and regional coordinated development of cold chain logistics main body,soft power,by building the cross-border integration network model analysis of both the advantage after the fusion,but also analyzes the existing obstacles,and proposes the countermeasures against the obstacles.In the fourth chapter,using the MCRS model of interest distribution in turn,time-based ABC shows that the high-speed rail and regional cold chain logistics can be combined to create better benefits after cross-border integration.The fifth chapter analyzes the status quo of cross-border synergetic development of high-speed rail and cold chain logistics and prospects the future development.The sixth chapter summarizes the whole thesis.
