With the reform of the power grid system,the monopoly of the power market industry has been broken a little bit,and the competition among power companies has become increasingly fierce.Under this background,power supply enterprises have gradually changed their traditional business models,gradually shifting from the traditional primary business model to formalization and marketization.However,China's power market reform started late,and power market marketing still faces many problems.Under such a background,it is a problem that needs to be solved in the market mode of power supply enterprises.This paper takes Maoming City's electricity market as the research object,and uses literature detailing method,model analysis method,statistical investigation method and empirical analysis to analyze the problems existing in Maoming's power market environment and power market marketing,and explore Maoming Power.Marketing strategy for the market.This article consists of five parts.The first part introduces the research background,research significance,research status and method ideas,domestic and international research on power marketing strategy;the second part analyzes the market environment of Maoming Power Supply Bureau,which is based on national industrial policy.The macroeconomic situation,the status quo and problems of Maoming Bureau are the entry points,and the SWOT analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of Maoming Power Market is carried out.The third part is to develop the marketing strategy and establish the electricity market marketing analysis model for the current situation and problems of Maoming Power Supply Bureau.The overall situation of Maoming's power demand in the next few years is drawn.The fourth part is to put forward implementation suggestions in the third part of the strategy implementation process,so as to effectively guarantee the implementation of marketing strategies.The fifth part concludes and summarizes the full text,providing ideas for the implementation of the marketing strategy of Maoming Power Supply Bureau.The paper uses the basic principles of electricity marketing,electricity marketing theory,power marketing strategy,SWOT analysis and other methods,through the analysis of the social power level,power sales,electricity structure,profit level and business situation of Maoming Power Supply Bureau,and The developed load forecasting model predicts and analyzes the medium and long-term load modeling of Maoming Power Grid.Combined with the characteristics of Maoming Power Market and the situation of Maoming City's energy competitors,it is analyzed that the current power market of Maoming Power Supply Bureau mainly has a slow improvement in product quality.The implementation direction of the marketing strategy and the need to further improve the service concept have laid the foundation for the subsequent development and implementation of the marketing strategy.The paper studies the current situation and environment of Maoming Power Supply Bureau,and formulates the corresponding market strategy.It will be of reference and practical significance for the operation,marketing and customer service of Maoming Power Supply Bureau in the future.It also provides a reference for other power supply companies to actively conduct market strategy research.
