In recent years,as China's economy has shifted from high-speed growth to high-quality development,faced with the change of old drivers of economic operation,downward pressure on economic development,and a new round of in-depth reform of the power system,the original extensive market operation mode of power supply enterprises has been unable to meet the requirements of high-quality development.In order to adapt to the change of market environment and transform the current operation mode of power market,it is very important for power supply enterprises to adopt effective marketing strategies.In this paper,SG power supply enterprises from the power marketing market as the research object,using the existing theories of marketing,scientific and powerful analysis tools,SG power supply enterprises to explore and study the power marketing strategy,seeking to provide a viable way for the development of SG power supply enterprises.This paper uses PEST analysis to analyze the background environment of SG power supply enterprise.With SWOT analysis method,the present situation and problems of SG power supply enterprise's power marketing are put forward.Then,by using the STP marketing market analysis theory,the power market of SG power supply enterprises in the region was subdivided,and the appropriate target market was selected for positioning.Finally,the 4C marketing theory is applied to analyze the marketing strategies of SG power supply enterprises,so as to enable customers to establish trust and dependence mechanism through effective service of power supply enterprises and maintain customer stickiness.At the same time,the paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of power marketing strategy,optimizes the power marketing management system of SG power supply enterprises,and promotes the healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.Through the study of SG power supply enterprise's power marketing strategy,let the enterprise in the face of the increasingly open power marketing market objective reality,seize the opportunity,make the best of the weaknesses,and achieve development.With industrial power supply and commercial/residential electricity consumption as the focus,effective marketing strategies are carried out to provide good economic benefits forenterprises and establish a positive social image for the development of enterprises.These measures not only provide reference and guidance for the future development of SG power supply enterprises,but also provide reference for the marketing of power supply enterprises in other regions,with important theoretical and practical value.
