In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,the electricity demand of various industries is growing.The electric power construction is newly built,the capital construction business and the technical transformation project are increasing day by day,and the workload of the high voltage test is increasing year by year.Under the condition of shortage of personnel and increasingly tense construction period,how to use the existing equipment,summarize the working methods and technical experience,make use of the good methods,seek the ideas of improving the equipment,improve the working efficiency,and reduce the labor intensity of the personnel,It has become a hot topic in the research of electric power builders to finish the construction of the project on time.The new installation and overhaul of electrical equipment require each medium to high voltage test.The alternating current voltage withstand test of electrical equipment is an alternative test item,the purpose of which is to check the disassembly of electrical equipment from the equipment and the packaging of the equipment.It is of decisive significance to verify whether there are defects in insulation performance in the whole process of road transportation and on-site installation.It is of decisive significance for judging whether the equipment can be put into operation or not.This paper studies the application of variable frequency series resonant withstand voltage test equipment in engineering,introduces the actual situation of AC voltage withstand test at present,and chooses to adopt high voltage cable engineering.The AC withstand voltage test of electrical equipment in substation engineering is the research object of this paper.First of all,this paper introduces the basic concept of variable frequency series resonant AC withstand voltage test technology,analyzes its basic principle,and the characteristics of the devices used at present.Secondly,the research direction proposed in this paper is the practical application of variable frequency series resonance voltage withstand test technology,and the problems encountered in its practical application are analyzed.This paper discusses what safety problems should be paid attention to in the course of analyzing and testing and how to avoid problems at present.In this paper,based on the extensive reading of various technical documents on thefrequency conversion series resonance voltage withstand test,combined with the application examples of the company in the engineering,the experience of the past test work is summarized,and the aim of improving the safety of the application of the test technology is realized.In combination with the specific situation of the test site,the safety consciousness of oneself is improved,the safety consideration is made,the influence of various subjective and objective factors is overcome,and the importance of the test safety problem is understood from various angles,so as to ensure the safety of the person and equipment.Data collection and accumulation,analysis of the phenomena and data of the test,the state of the test,the results of the test to make a timely correct and effective judgment.Finally,after studying the safe and effective application of variable frequency series resonant voltage withstand test technology in engineering,the method of voltage withstand test in our company is standardized,and the on-site operation is directed,which provides a thought for the application and development of test technology.It is of great significance to research.
