The levels of manufacturing management determine the fate of a manufacturing enterprise.By improving efficiencies of facilities and management,the manufacturing management can realize its self-improvement goals,which are to save money,reduce manpower and limit artificial factors.Data acquisition and inquiry system can provide informationalized tools to achieve above-mentioned goals.The implementation of Manufacturing cost accounting and performance appraisal is the key mission for every manufacturing enterprises.It is easy to find methods for cost accounting and key performance indicators setting from various books,but based on the actual conditions of each manufactory,the ways to get the production data which support the supervising system can be quite different from enterprise to enterprise.Further studies are needed to inquire into the mechanisms.In this paper we will explore the efficient ways to solve it.Based on the fact that there is lack of efficient methods for production data acquisition in Toncare,firstly,in this study,we analyze the characteristics of the production system and the problems of current data acquisition,and thus raise the general improved ideas accordingly.Secondly,we make specific analysis of the requirements of Toncare production data,design the corresponding evaluation indicator and measure the standard time of the every working procedure,which provide the content and data base for subsequent data acquisition.Thirdly,on the basis of Visual Basic computer language,the data of operation staff and equipment is collected by barcode technology and automatic data collection system respectively.Finally,we took a practical application of the collecting data.
