Development And Application Of Yunfeng Power Plant Turning Data Acquisition Processing System

The inspection and adjustment of hydroelectric generating set axis has long been an important part in hydroelectric generating set installation or maintenance. The quality of axis adjustment has a directly affect on the stability of unit operation and the normal work of the turning. The traditional measurement of axis and data analysis and processing are using artificial way, the accuracy and reliability are not high, affecting the quality of the axis adjustment.The development and utilization of Yunfeng Power Plant Turning Data Acquisition Analysis Processing System, has used advanced computer technology, sensor technology, electronic technology, communication technology, and so on. To compare with the traditional turning, the great improvements were made on the measurement of the axis, and the measurement of the angular displacement of the spindle, and the processing of the data.In data measurement, through the selection and design of main circuit of the hardware equipment, complete the development of pendulum measuring device and angle measuring device. Among them, the pendulum was measured by eddy current displacement sensor with high precision, improve the measurement precision, the angle was measured by high precision angular displacement sensor(encoder), it can determine the axis of rotation at any orientation, break through the limit of traditional turning.In terms of data analysis and processing, based on the Visual Basic6.0 integrated development environments has developed a plate of vehicle data acquisition and processing software, this software has been integrated two axis programs.The turning data acquisition processing system can complete turning data collection and data processing, and give out treatment advice at the turning, convenient reference to the technical personnel.Yunfeng Power Plant Turning Data Acquisition Analysis Processing System developed in this paper, did a lot of tests in the Yunfeng Power Plant and Baishan Power Plant. Compared to turning method which used in this power plants, it has overcome the lack of precision measuring instruments, and the errors of manual reading and manual data processing. And it speeds up the turning period, processing results are more scientific, have more credibility. Test shows that it has good practicability, and is worthy of popularization and Application.
