| With the development of power systems,the role of pumped storage power stations in ensuring the safety,stability and reliability of power grids has become increasingly prominent.The pumped-storage power stations have developed toward high heads and large capacity.Due to their various working conditions,frequent start and stop.The main protection configuration of the generator also has higher requirements.At present,some research results have been made in the research and analysis of the main protection configuration of energy storage units.However,from the demand of energy storage power plants,combined with the actual research,there are not many topics on the configuration of the main protection of pumped-storage units,so as to better protect the pumped-storage units.The unit can ensure the optimal configuration of its main protection,and it is necessary to conduct research and analysis on this subject.This paper firstly introduces the research status of main protection of generator in pumped storage power station.Taking Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station as an example,the types and quantities of internal faults of generator are detailed,and the fault characteristics are summarized.Then the configuration principle of the main protection of the generator is presented,and the type of main protection is briefly discussed.Then,according to the main wiring type of the cleaning unit,six main protection configuration schemes are listed,and the protection sensitivity under each configuration scheme is compared and analyzed,and the optimal protection configuration scheme is selected.Finally,the calculation of the main protection is calculated to form a conclusion. |
