Study On The Planning Of Residential Areas In Kunming Suburbs From The Perspective Of New Urbanism

Since the development of the national economy,the construction of suburban residential areas has become the main body of residential construction in China.As a leading area for the development of Kunming's urban suburbs,Chenggong and Anning have greatly benefited Kunming's urban planning and development.Based on the theory of new urbanism,this study summarizes the common characteristics of the development of suburban settlements in China,analyzes the core ideas and construction standards of suburban settlements from the perspective of new urbanism,and measures the suburbs of Kunming based on realistic practice.Problems in the development of the district.This study is divided into five chapters.The first chapter describes the types and characteristics of residential areas in China.The second chapter introduces the core ideas of residential construction theory under new urbanism and the analysis of related research processes at home and abroad.A detailed explanation and case analysis of the new urbanist settlement construction standards,the fourth chapter measures the planning of Chenggong and Anning districts with the new urbanist settlement construction standards,and finally,based on the theoretical study of Kunming suburban settlement planning and Practice and argumentation,strive to shape human space under high volume ratio,build residential street life,and diversify the layout of residential areas in suburban areas.
