| City express is based on the users’ urgent need for time,derived from the direct delivery of the courier at the end of the distribution,as a branch of the traditional express industry,it is a new business growth point.With the continuous advancement of Internet technology and the diversity and individualization of users’ needs,China’s express delivery industry is constantly subdividing,gradually extending from the initial large-scale commodity goods transportation to the field of ultra-small individual items in the same city.Among them,with the promise of limited time,city express delivery with small and important items such as business documents,personal documents and electronic equipment accurately captures the users’ demand for end delivery and equips a dedicated person to provide them with transfer services between the two places.The guarantee of time in city express needs to have a professional route thinking.The solution can be based on the abundant resource conditions already provided by the urban transportation infrastructure.It also can change the existing walking habits of the courier through the support of a professional mobility tool to obtain an effective city express delivery environment to meet the needs of city express.In this research,Mr.Liu Guanzhong’s “Design Ethics Methodology” is used as a research tool.Analyzing from the city express delivery process requirements and dispatching environmental conditions,a complete study on distribution routes and mobile mode will be conducted Combining the existing urban transportation resources with professional mobility tool to complete the city express tasks will be proposed.Then,based on this theoretical point of view,the research puts forward the research ideas of this mobility tool.The research content of this paper is developed from the following three levels: Firstly,through the integral analysis of the delivery methods of city express,the functional characteristics and performance requirements of the mobility tool that meet the requirements of express delivery process are proposed.Secondly,using the development and design principles of mobility tool puts forward the functional composition,technical path and product structure framework;Finally,around the specific market needs and user object requirements,propose a complete program of product forms and technical standards.This research project originated from a project that the author contacted during the summer internship of the Internet company-the optimization and promotion of the takeout delivery.During the project execution process,the effects of various factors such as the delivery process,delivery tools and delivery routes on the delivery punctuality rate were studied.Facing the community,commercial public space and inconvenient traffic environment,this project fully considers urban transportation’s rapid transit capacity and road network resource conditions,tracks and records the action behaviors of city express delivery staff during their work process.The factors such as the mass and the speed of city express mobility tool are also considered based on the road traffic safety regulations and public management of urban traffic.The matching method of city express mobility tool and the existing urban transportation will also be proposed.The research goal is to propose a product design solution with professional features-a small portable folding electric scooter. |
