Study On Optimization Of Bidding Quotation For Construction Project For BJDB Company

As an important way for construction enterprises to obtain construction projects for construction and production,tender offer of construction projects is great important for construction enterprises in the current bidding process.From the perspective of the bidding quality of Chinese construction enterprises,the bidding quality of different enterprises is uneven,and many construction enterprises have low bid quality.At present,the research on tender offer of construction engineering mainly focuses on the strategy of tender offer,and there are few studies on optimization of tender offer of construction engineering.Therefore,this paper starts from the most direct direction,which affects the quality of bidding quotation for construction engineering and the optimization of bidding quotation for construction engineering.The bidding quotation of construction project belongs to a link in the management of construction project,which is the front-end management of project cost management.In the research,we should combine the basic concept and general process of tender offer,consider the time value of capital,and use the method of unbalanced offer and linear programming for reference.At present,most of the bidding rules in China are carried out under the pricing model of the bill of quantities.Therefore,the research on the optimization of the bid report of construction engineering should be in line with the related theories of construction engineering management,construction engineering economy and bill of quantities.Therefore,the research on the optimization of the bid report of construction engineering should be in line with the relevant theories of construction engineering management,construction engineering economy and the valuation of the bill of quantities.This paper analyzes the bidding and quotation work of BJDB’s XXX project,the study found that BJDB company exists lack of bidding phase review of pricing by bill of quantities,lack of list items and time limit for a project plan of the match and comprehensive unit price adjustment is not standard,three major problems in the process of tender offer,these problems seriously affect the quality of the tender offer BJDB company.Therefore,it is proposed in the optimized scheme that the bill of quantities should be comprehensively reviewed in the bidding stage,the list items should be matched with the schedule plan,and the comprehensive unit price adjustment based on linear programming should be carried out,so as to achieve the purpose of improving the quality of tender offer and optimizing tender offer.From this study,we can clearly find that when bidding for construction projects,no matter the unit price contract or the total price contract,we should carry out serious and comprehensive review of the bill of quantities in the bidding stage.Also,match the list items with the duration plan to specify the start and duration of the work for the list items.Based on the above two works,the linear programming model is used to adjust the comprehensive unit price of tender offer.Thus improve the quality of tender offer,for the project settlement to create a good preparation for the ideal earnings.
