Municipal road engineering is a necessary basic infras tructure construction in the process of urban development and an important part of urban planning.With the rapid development of China's economy,the number of motor vehicles is constantly increasing,and the pressure of urban traffic is also gradually inc reasing,which also puts forward higher requirements for municipal road engineering.With the continuous expansion of municipal road construction scale,the number of municipal road slope engineering is also increasing day by day,which takes an increasing proportion in the whole municipal engineering management,and the slope height of municipal roads is getting higher in some cities with complex topography.With the frequent occurrence of casualties and economic losses caused by the instability of municipal road slopes,construction and management units pay more attention to the stability of municipal road slope engineering,and the importance of the research on the management method of municipal road slope engineering is also highlighted.Through the researc h of dynamic management theory,this paper aims to establish a dynamic management system suitable for municipal road slope engineering on the basis of the theory,so as to achieve good management of municipal road slope engineering.This paper takes the management of municipal road slope project as the research objective.Firstly,the basic characteristics of municipal road engineering projects and the characteristics and risks of municipal road slope engineering are studied and expounded.Then,based on my experience in project supervision,starting from the dynamic management theory of engineering projects and discussing the cumbersome geological conditions,environmental conditions and construction problems,so as to explore the relev ant characteristics of such projects and analyze the application of dynamic management to municipal engineering.In the design scheme comparison,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is firstly used to compare and analyze the municipal road slope prote ction scheme to obtain the optimal design scheme.Then the risk of slope engineering project construction in each period is identified,and the AHP analytic hierarchy process is used to rank different risk factors of the slope,and the corresponding risk lev el of municipal road slope engineering in each period is obtained.Finally,the method of informatization is applied to dynamically monitor the municipal slope,and the relevant information collected is processed and integrated to complete the correspondin g management.After research,it is found that the municipal road slope project has its corresponding management mode when the dynamic management system is constructed,and there are many common problems in the management.After the detailed analysis and discussion of the requirements of municipal road slope engineering project management through the operation characteristics of the dynamic management system,this paper revised a special management system for slope management.This system integrates the tra ditional theory of project management mode and modifies it in order to adapt to the municipal slope management.Through the analysis of the organizational function structure of the dynamic management system,the whole process of dynamic risk management and information monitoring is constructed.In addition,the system can be applied to specific municipal slope engineering examples,and it can be used for sectional design and construction,scheme optimization design,dynamic risk assessment and dynamic monitoring and control,as well as evaluation of the application effect,to verify the feasibility and applicability of the model in municipal road slope engineering project management.
