Application Research Of Cost Management Of Municipal Road Engineering In Liu Jiaba AB Road

With the rapid development of economy and technology,constantly promotingof theurbanization process,the bidding system is widely used in the contracting process project in China's construction industry.The contract price must be low if construction companies want to bid,and the construction cost would have as low as possible in case the construction companieswant to get economic efficiency as high as possible.Moreover,with the longitudinal deep development of the market economy,foreign companies have moved into China,the competition in the enterprise become increasingly fierce.Therefore,raising the company's cost management capabilities not only conducive to the improvement of their own benefit,but also has important practical significanceto the enhancement of their own market competitiveness.In this paper,take Chongqing Dadukou Liujiaba Area A,B road engineering as an engineering example,through reviewing a large number of relevant documents,the project has been analyzed by utilizing the modern cost managementmethods.The main work is as follows:(1)The concepts related to project managementare described,and the current research about the project management are summarized.The main content andtechnical route of this paper areproposed afterthe details of the project,project management,project cost,projectcost management are described.(2)The situation of the municipal project cost management,the importance of cost management and cost management problems were described in detail.In the current situation of the municipal engineering cost management include the following: municipal project cost control is difficult,project cost management concepts to be improved.Because of the complexity of the municipal projects and the imperfections of the construction markets,there are still many problems existingin project cost management.For instance,the cost management awareness was weak,the cost management system was imperfect,cost management is backward,theawareness of risk identification is not enough and the whole process cost management was ignored,the relations between equality,schedule,safety and cost were not dealt with well.(3)The municipal project cost management methods and municipal engineering management measures are introduced.Municipal Engineering Administration methods include deviation analysis,cost analysis table method,ABC classification,factor analysis,target costing.Municipal Engineering Project Management measures are mainly organizational measures,technical measures,contracts and economic measures.(4)Take Chongqing Dadukou Liujiaba Area A,B road project as an example.first of all,the ABC classification method and factor analysis are used to analyze the various elements of the project costs,thereby,the major cost elements and general elements are found out.Then,thedeviation analysis is utilized regularly to analyze the cost of the projectin the cost management process.Thus,deviations can be found and appropriate corrective measures can be taken in time.Finally,the organizational measures,technical measures,contracts and economic measurestaken in this paper for the project are presented.
