With urbanization expansion accelerating and infrastructure investment of our country increasing in recent years, there is a great number of municipal road slopes, whose height are higher and higher, whose landslide hazards are happening with increasing frequency. And the landslide hazards have caused lots of casualties and economic losses. So it is necessary to manage municipal road slope projects efficiently. Dynamic management method is elastic and flexible. And it is more adapted to manage projects with complex condition than other common management methods. Therefore dynamic management model used in municipal road slope projects can not only ensure the whole project to construct smoothly, but also control the government investment and construction period, achieve highly quality and efficiency of the government investment and management.Based on involving in project practice management and collecting data fully, what this paper has done includes five parts as follows:1,Characteristics of municipal road slope projects are analyzed. And the advantages and disadvantages of common management methods for municipal projects are discussed. At the same time, the dynamic management method is introduced.2,A dynamic management system to meet municipal road slope projects is established. It is formed by principle of dynamic management method and monitoring technology.3,In the project feasibility study and bidding stage, the risk analysis and contract management are strengthen.4,In the investigation and design stage, Fast-Track method that is the core idea of CM(Construction Management) model has been applied as guideline of dynamic management system. And AHP (the Analytic Hierarchy Process) method is used to optimize design scheme. It can control the government investment and shorten the construction period at a certain extent.5,In the construction and after completion stage, monitoring technology is applied to track the progress of practical construction, to monitor and control the stability of road slopes and around buildings, and to collect real-time information. At the same time dynamic risk management method is used. It goes on in parallel with project feasibility study, design and construction to minimize the rate of construction accident.
