| With the development of modern society and the continuous improvement of people’s income level as well as the popularity of cars,more and more ordinary families take cars as a necessity,in addition,people also put forward higher requirements on functions,comfort and entertainment of cars.In order to meet this,more and more electric equipments are used in automobiles,so it is necessary to increase the power of automobile alternators to respond to the increase of consumption.Therefore,good output performance and high efficiency are an important direction of automobile generator development.The purpose of this paper is to improve the efficiency of the generator by using an automobile alternator from a generator manufacturer as the research object.This paper uses the method of actual application test and theoretical comparison to explore and verify the efficiency impact point of generator,and provides reference for generator efficiency improvement.The main work of this paper as follows:Firstly,based on the comprehensive analysis of the assembly structure and working principle of the automobile alternator,various factors affecting efficiency and the mechanism are studied as well as in-depth theoretical research.Some relevant influence points are selected as the research object.Secondly,according to the efficiency calculation formula,test solution is designed to test the actual efficiency of the generator.Taking the selected generator as the model,the improvement measures of efficiency improvement are made by the selected influence points,mainly including the improvement of slot filling factor and magnetic leakage between claws.Finally,the prototype of the generator is tested and the test data are summarized and compared.It has been proved by experiment that the three methods of using 96 slot flat copper wires,magnetic steel embedded between the claws,and high efficiency diode are more effective.In this paper,the efficiency improvement problem of automobile alternator is analyzed by means of test and theoretical analysis,which provides practical basis for solving the efficiency improvement problem of the same structure products.The research work of this paper provides some reference value for the optimization design of automobile alternator. |
