Research On Evaluation Of Technological Innovation Efficiency Of Automobile Enterprises From The Perspective Of Innovation Value Chain

Over the years,China has gradually from weak to now the production volume in the world auto industry development,the development of auto industry in China has become one of the important guarantees of promoting our country economy growth,but at present the development of Chinese automobile enterprises still exist many problems.Entering the new economic era,automobile enterprises should constantly improve their own level and strive to transform from low-end manufacturing to high-end creation.Technology innovation is crucial to the modernization of businesses,the enhancement of their core competitiveness,and both.This paper,which is based on the perspective of the innovation value chain,measures the technological innovation efficiency of the automotive industry in our nation using the theory of technological innovation.This measurement is extremely important for fostering the growth of the automotive industry.Prior to introducing technical innovation and the pertinent idea of the innovation value chain,this article first summarizes the pertinent literature from both domestic and international sources.The three stages of the car enterprise’s technology innovation process are technology research and development,application,production,and economic advantages.This division is based on the creative value chain.Select appropriate evaluation indicators,use the three-stage network DEA model based on SBM to measure the technological innovation efficiency of China’s automobile enterprises from 2012 to 2021,and measure the efficiency of each stage,so as to better analyze the development status of China’s automobile enterprises.Then using the Malmquist index model analysis of China’s automobile enterprises in technological innovation efficiency changes from 2012 to 2021.Finally,using the model created in this paper,appropriate influencing factors are chosen from three enterprise behavior,characteristics,and external environment aspects.The Tobit model is then used to empirically analyze the influencing factors of technological innovation efficiency of Chinese automobile enterprises.Reasonable policy recommendations are then made to increase the technological innovation efficiency of Chinese automobile enterprises.The empirical results of this paper show that:(1)the technological innovation efficiency of China’s automobile enterprises is low on the whole,and there is a large gap among them.From the perspective of each stage,the efficiency of technology research and development stage is low,while the application production and economic benefit transformation stage is at a good level.(2)The average value of total factor productivity of enterprises is greater than 1,which indicates that the technological innovation efficiency of Chinese automotive enterprises is at an increasing level.From the viewpoint of sub-stages,the average value of total factor productivity in the stage of technology development and economic efficiency transformation is greater than 1,and that in the stage of applied production is less than 1.(3)According to the perspective of influencing factors,the percentage of technical staff has a significant impact on the effectiveness of technological innovation,but plays a negative role,indicating that there are still issues like irrational resource allocation in the R&D departments of automobile enterprises.The effectiveness of technical innovation is largely influenced by the enterprise’s size and operational capabilities.From an external perspective,market considerations significantly enhance the effectiveness of technological innovation.At the same time,maintaining a good relationship with consumers is conducive to the improvement of technological innovation efficiency.However,the impact of government subsidies on technological innovation efficiency is not obvious.In view of the above conclusions,this paper puts forward policy recommendations: enhance the innovation ability of enterprises,rational allocation of technological resources;Moderately expand the scale of enterprises and improve their operational capabilities;Maintain an appropriate concentration of ownership and promote high-quality development of enterprises;To build a comprehensive platform,maintain good relationship between consumption;We will strengthen the pertinency of policies and accurately support enterprise innovation.
