Study On The Social Changes Of Jinzhou Area From The Perspective Of Water Conservancy Development Since The Reform And Opening Up

Water conservancy is not only related to the development of agriculture,but also an important cornerstone of economic and social development.It plays a vital role in agricultural irrigation,drought and flood disaster prevention,and the safety of people’s water use,people’s production and living safety,and ecological environment are also closely related to water conservancy.In the process of water conservancy practice,there are also changes in management system and ideas.There is a close relationship between the development of water conservancy and social change.It is very beneficial to study the development of water conservancy to study social change.Under the leadership and policy support of the Communist Party of China and the government,and with the joint efforts of the people of Jinzhou,great achievements have been made in the development of water conservancy in Jinzhou since the reform and opening up.Remarkable changes have taken place in economy,human settlements and ecology.From the perspective of water conservancy development,this paper studies the social changes of Jinzhou in the past 40 years of reform and opening up,and summarizes the experience and Enlightenment from this process,in order to provide reference for the future development of Jinzhou and similar areas.In the aspect of economy,it mainly discusses agricultural economy and water conservancy.Drought is one of the problems restricting the development of agricultural economy in Jinzhou.Through the construction of water conservancy projects,the reform of water conservancy facilities management system and the development of water-saving agriculture,the agricultural output value and farmers’ income have been greatly improved,and the transformation from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture has been basically realized.In the aspect of human settlements,it mainly discusses the water safety,flood control capacity and ideas.Through improving water supply capacity,controlling water pollution,preventing fluoride and improving water quality,urban and rural water safety is guaranteed.Affected by the geographical location of the lower reaches of the river,flood disaster has become one of the most important natural disasters in Jinzhou area,and various social reasons aggravate the impact of flood disaster.Through the combination of engineering measures and non engineering measures,the flood control work of Jinzhou has made important progress,and the safety of people’s production and life has been guaranteed.The progress of water conservancy and social development in Jinzhou has led to great changes in the concept of social development and people’s ideology,which has adapted to the situation of social development.In the aspect of ecological environment,the paper discusses the governance of Daling River and Xiaoling river.Since the reform and opening up,the Daling River,Xiaoling River and the surrounding environment gradually can not meet people’s needs for a better environment.Jinzhou has managed these two rivers for many times,and achieved remarkable results.It has made Jinzhou a livable city and improved people’s sense of happiness.
