Automobile glass is an important part of the whole automobile,accounting for about one third of the body surface area.Such thin-walled automobile parts are prone to deformation under pressure and damage during transportation.At present,the glass gluing production line of domestic automobile manufacturers is carried out by single-board conveyor and gluing robot,which has realized intelligent production.However,transporting the shaped automobile glass to the glue coating production line,the system of transporting still use manual assisted transportation,which has low transportation efficiency,high error rate and chaotic transportation lines.This paper designs a set of automobile glass transportation system based on the glass assembly and distribution project of DongFeng passenger car new energy plant.The main research work is as follows:(1)Through the analysis of the working environment and conveying conditions in the workshop,combined with the work requirements of the glass coating production line,the overall planning and scheme design of the automobile glass conveying system was carried out.Determine the composition of mechanical equipment in the system,put forward key technical indicators,and divide the functions of each set of equipment.(2)According to the overall design of the automobile glass conveying system,the structural design of each equipment in the conveying system is carried out,and the modeling is carried out through 3d mapping software to calculate the quality characteristics of key equipment.On this basis,the working principle of each mechanical equipment is introduced.(3)ANSYS Workbench software is used to conduct finite element analysis on the key structure of automobile glass conveying system,and optimize its design.From the analysis results,the deformation and stress distribution of the structure are obtained,which verifies the reliability of the mechanical design.(4)According to the mechanical equipment structure and functional technical requirements,the pneumatic system of the automobile glass conveying system is designed,the pneumatic schematic diagram is drawn,and the main pneumatic components are selected through calculation and analysis.(5)Design the control system of the conveying system according to the movements of each equipment in the glass conveying system and the production beats in the glass gluing production line,including circuit design,hardware selection and software design.(6)Summarize the operation of automobile glass conveying system after it is put into operation.Based on the knowledge of machinery,pneumatic and electricity,an automobile glass conveying system is developed,which improves the transportation efficiency of automobile glass and reduces the labor input.It provides a theoretical and practical basis for the transportation of other automobile parts.
