It is important to simulate designing and testing the flight control system for a uav.With the development of UAV technology,the scale and function of UAV simulation software becomes more and more complex,and the simulation system becomes more and more huge.The whole system is often divided into various subsystems for modeling and simulation testing by different departments and units,so as to improve the efficiency of project development.However,the modeling tools used by different departments are different,which makes the joint simulation of the whole flight control system extremely difficult.Meanwhile,the commonly used software serial simulation method can not make the simulation close to the real hardware running state,so the simulation scheduling of the module needs to be parallelized.The UAV flight control system simulation was researched,choose FMI for Co-Simulation to encapsulate model after the comparison of three kinds of commonly used modeling simulation scheme.In terms of model scheduling,the serial scheduling can’t meet the needs of parallel simulation,thus SystemC is adopted to schedule and simulate module.The rules of grammar and SystemC overall architecture is analyzed after the scheme being made.Base on the analysis of the overall architecture of the UAV flight control system,the basic requirements of the UAV flight control system simulation are summarized,and the overall design and research scheme are presented.On the basis of the theoretical research,the package of the FMI model,the simulation process and the simulation scheduling design of the FMI standard model by the SystemC process are designed.The techniques of Simulink model and C code model encapsulation to FMU model are studied and designed by using the interface specification of FMI standard.After the design of SystemC process simulate and schedule FMU model,combine with the characteristics of UAV flight control system,the data interaction of multiple model is analyzed,data interaction numerical estimation algorithm is developed,and the simulation test is carried out,the test results show that the data accuracy is improved greatly in the process of interaction because of the algorithm.Finally,the UAV flight control system test and simulation platform base on SystemC implements,and load the UAV flight control system for test verification,which verifies the reliability and engineering practicability of the UAV flight control system test and simulation platform base on SystemC.
