Research On Progress And Quality Management In Maintenance Project Of Nanyahe Hydropower Station

With the deepening reform of China’s electric power enterprises,since the 19 th National Congress of the CPC,the country has gradually liberalized both sides of "power generation" and "power supply",and the market competition has become increasingly fierce.Especially in Sichuan Province,which is rich in hydropower resources,the contradiction between supply and demand has become increasingly prominent due to the shortage of transmission lines and the slowdown of economic development,which has led to unprecedented impact on the survival space of power generation enterprises.In order to enhance the market competitiveness of power generation enterprises,each enterprise must ensure that the equipment operates in the best state,which requires that enterprises constantly strengthen the management of unit equipment.Therefore,using advanced management concepts and methods to improve the efficiency of unit equipment maintenance is an urgent problem to be solved in the equipment maintenance management of power generation enterprises.In this paper,according to the overall requirements of equipment maintenance projects in power generation enterprises,combined with enterprise management practice,research is carried out.Firstly,taking Nanyahe Hydropower Station as an example,this paper makes a concrete analysis of the current situation of its generator unit maintenance management and the problems existing in the process of schedule management and quality management,and sums up the causes of these problems.Then,combined with the actual overhaul of Nanyahe Hydropower Station units,it makes an analysis of the relevant problems,and according to the relevant knowledge points of progress control.Combining with the working characteristics of the overhaul project of generating units,the network plan is used to analyze the key processes,find out the key path and calculate the deviation of the construction period.Then,the key construction period on the critical path is optimized and adjusted,and the optimized network plan is calculated,so as to achieve the purpose of optimizing the schedule plan of the construction period.In addition,there are many hidden work which is not easy to be found in the overhaul projects of generating units.These projects are often very important.If the quality of these projects is not well guaranteed,it will seriously affect the quality of the whole project.This requires that the project quality control plan should be made in advance when the project quality management is carried out.According to the requirements of the quality control plan,strict construction,especially the important quality control points and control areas,should be strictly controlled so as to complete the control and management of the whole project.The research on the management of project implementation progress and quality finds out the problems of schedule and quality control in unit maintenance projects of power generation enterprises.After analysis,effective rectification measures are found out,which is of great help to improve the progress and quality control level of unit maintenance projects,and has great reference value for the same type of project maintenance work of power generation enterprises.
