The Design And Realization Of Project Management System Of Power Company Technical Service Based On J2ee

In the power industry,the technical service projects of power companies usually supervise the implementation of the contract by signing paper contracts.However,due to the complexity of paper contracts,it is difficult for power companies to manage the paper contracts systematically.With the continuous development of information technology,the business of power companies is expanding,relying on the traditional manual way to deal with a large number of paper-based data has been unable to meet the business needs of power companies,through manual way to statistics and management of power company information,information omission and error rate will occur.Therefore,it is necessary to design and implement the technical service project management system of the power company from the perspective of the power company.Through the technical service project management system of the power company,the inspection and service projects of the third-party power transmission company are managed comprehensively.At the same time,the internal staff of the power company can understand all the business entrusted by the power transmission and inspection party and the contract in the current technical service project of the power company through the technical service project management system of the power company.Implementation,to achieve the information management of the entire process,but also to all the inspection parties to the company's satisfaction with the service of a return visit,in order to improve the service quality of the power company in the future.The power visualization management system which described in this article use B/S mode development,Windows7 used in the operating system,SQLServer2012 used in the database.The technical service project management system of electric power company is analyzed in detail,and the working status and working requirements of front-line staff are understood.The functional modules of the technical service project management system of electric power company are subdivided,and the performance indicators that need to be achieved are analyzed.A mature architecture mode is used to design and implement a technical service project management system for electric power companies.In the process of designing and realizing the system,strict process planning should be carried out and the relationship among the objects should be clarified.At the same time,the data type and system structure of other information management systems within the power company should be investigated,and some data interfaces should be reserved to facilitate the technical service project management system of the powercompany and the system.In the design process of the project,four functional modules are designed,which are entrusted inspection business management,technical service contract management,cost management and query statistics.The purpose of using J2EE technology to design and implement the technical service project management system of electric power company is to solve the problem of confusion in the management of electric power technical service project,and to provide the corresponding reference for the development of similar management system in electric power industry.The technical service project management system of the power company designed and implemented in this paper is tested in detail after the design is completed.The results show that the technical service project management system of the power company can meet the requirements of the power company,and has been well evaluated by the front-line staff.
