In the Internet era,with the rapid development of information technology,the power supply company's informationization level has been put forward higher requirements.In the near future,the integrated human resources management system will replace the traditional human resources management system with complicated operation and simple structure.Each power supply company not only improves the company's hardware facilities,but also proposes to build a higher company's "soft power" to achieve efficient and high-quality human resources management.At present,Renshou Power Supply Company has not formed a complete human resources integrated information management platform,and can not achieve efficient and transparent management system.Renshou Power Supply Company's human resource management system has a very low frequency of use,and most of the work is still done using paper office;the business travel application process is completed through the collaborative office system,and the travel expenses are reimbursed through the financial system.The system is numerous and the process is complicated.Therefore,Renshou Power Supply Company's human resources management department proposed to develop an integrated human resources management system that meets the requirements of the information age,The main work of this thesis is as follows:Firstly,this thesis makes a detailed study and analysis of the existing human resources management system of Renshou Power Supply Companies,and finds that the existing human resources management system generally has defects such as process responsibility,data redundancy and so on,The current situation and development trend of human resources integrated management system at home and abroad are analyzed.Then,aiming at the shortcomings of the existing human resources management system,this thesis designs and implements the integrated human resources management system of Renshou Power Supply Company.The system operates on the platform under the B/S framework.The database uses MySQL relational database,the front-end development language uses JSP,CSS and Javascript,and the back-end uses SSH lightweight J2 EE architecture.Finally,this thesis designs and develops the integrated management system ofRenshou Power Supply Company from the aspects of system requirement analysis,system structure design,system function module realization and system testing.Renshou Power Supply Company's integrated human resources management system mainly includes personnel management,salary management,performance management,training management,recruitment management and other functional modules.Renshou Power Supply Company's integrated human resources management system aims at realizing the needs of the company's human resources integration,so that each user can accurately obtain the corresponding information and data when using the system.At the same time,the system also adds a security verification mechanism to prevent data leakage and reduce data redundancy.This system can reduce the workload of human resource managers,provide transparency of company information,and enhance the enthusiasm of employees,so as to improve the competitiveness of power supply companies.
