With the development of lithium battery industry,the automation of battery formation technology has become a research hotspot and direction.The efficiency of task scheduling in automatic battery formation workshop will directly affect the efficiency of the whole battery formation workshop.Moreover,different tasks need to be considered according to specific conditions in practical projects,which requires more intelligent and flexible task scheduling schemes to meet the actual needs of the project.In this paper,the task scheduling algorithm based on multi objective decision making is studied around the automatic battery formation workshop.And the technical details are studied.The main tasks are as follows:By analyzing the characteristics of automatic battery formation workshop and referring to the design of modern three-dimensional warehouse,the workshop model of automatic battery formation workshop is reasonably established,and the functional layout of each equipment in battery formation workshop is analyzed.In order to locate and numbering the battery tray and the battery cabinet in the workshop,a one-to-one corresponding mathematical model was established,and the specific location of each equipment was located by formula language.On this basis,a mathematical model of scheduling tasks in batterized workshop is established,which provides great help for analysis and calculation.In order to realize the task scheduling algorithm under multi objective decision making,this paper establishes a multi-criteria evaluation scheduling algorithm based on comprehensive evaluation method and simulation algorithm,and explores the technical tasks needed to implement the algorithm.A perturbation algorithm for automatic battery generation into scheduling tasks in a workshop is established for the simulation algorithm.In the automatic battery formation workshop,for multiple single evaluation criteria,separate evaluation models are reasonably established,and task scheduling models under single evaluation criteria are explored.Through data analysis of a single standard,expert opinions are collected,and a comprehensive evaluation model combining subjective and objective is established.And a variety of evaluation models are established for different working conditions.Through the experiment simulation,the theoretical algorithm is realized.And different task scheduling schemes are obtained according to different evaluation criteria.The validity of the algorithm is verified by analyzing the data.
