In the context of the construction of smart cities, urban public transport system is one of the important transportation networks of the city.It faces many challenges such as the increasing density of bus lines, the continuous changes in passenger flow, and the diversified passenger travel demand.Extracting bus passenger flow information based on bus credit card data is an important reference for bus route network planning, bus system evaluation, bus operation plan and daily dispatching. Therefore, according to the data of passengers swiping data collected by bus operators, the time and space changes of bus passenger flow are analyzed, the passenger travel mode is explored, and the bus operation configuration is adjusted accordingly, which is of great significance for improving the operational efficiency and service quality of bus operators. The purpose of this paper is to take Suzhou Industrial Park as an example.Firstly, based on bus credit card data and its derivative data, the bus passenger flow information and passenger flow OD distribution are extracted through mathematical statistics and data fusion methods, and the park is divided into two dimensions:time and space.Analysis of Temporal and Spatial Variation Characteristics of Bus Passenger Flow. Then, based on urban basic geographic data(road network, lake water system, architecture, etc.)and 3D visualization technology, the Web 3D visualization scene is constructed to provide scene support for the spatio-temporal visualization of bus passenger flow thematic data. Finally, the space-time information of the bus passenger flow is visualized in the Web 3D scene to realize the cross-platform sharing of information knowledge. The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyze the relevant data organization structure,pre-process the data, including the update of the bus route site data, and simplify the urban basic data.At the same time,PostGIS is used to store related data.(2)The related technologies of three-dimensional visual representation of geographic information are introduced in detail.Based on a deep understanding of the WebGL graphics API,choose the WebGL framework based on WebGL technology-Threejs to build 3D visualization scenarios.(3)Based on the time characteristics of passenger bus travel, the passenger IC card type is inferred;based on the bus credit card, bus station, bus line and other data, based on the proposed four inference assumptions, the passenger getting off site inference model is constructed to achieve the inference of the passengers to get off the site.(4)Based on the basic mathematical statistics method, the different types of group swipe passenger flow extraction, line time-sharing passenger flow extraction, site time?sharing passenger flow extraction, and the spatial and temporal changes of the bus passenger flow in the park are analyzed from the two dimensions of space-time and space.(5)Constructing a three-dimensional visualization scenario based on urban basic geographic data. The process of 3D scene construction is introduced from the aspects of organization coding of geospatial data, decoding of data transmission, definition of three-dimensional space coordinate system, construction process of three-dimensional scene and drawing of spatial data. Finally, the construction of 3D visualization scene is realized, which provides scene support for the subsequent 3D visualization of data.(6)Combining WebGIS related technologies, using Angular7 development framework,Threejs,Node.js and other related technologies, the B/S-based "space-time analysis and three-dimensional visualization platform for bus passenger flow"was developed.
