Analysis On The Spatial Layout Characteristics Of The Farmer’s Market In The Central City Of Bengbu

The farmer’s market is a necessary place for people’s daily life,and it is also an indispensable main part of urban construction.The scientific and reasonable layout of the farmer’s market is of great importance to the city’s image,people’s livelihood and well-being.It can not only meet the needs of the creation of a civilized city,but also meet the people’s growing demand for a better life.In recent years,Bengbu City has vigorously improved the management level of the farmer’s market and strengthened the construction of the farmer’s market,but there is still a certain gap compared with the rapid development of modern cities.This thesis aims to improve the layout of Bengbu’s farmer’s market,enhance the sense of happiness of the people,and promote high-quality and healthy development of the city.Through the investigation of the current situation of the spatial layout of the farmer’s market in the main urban area of Bengbu,the existing problems are raised,and the use of GIS spatial analysis technology and multiple linearity The regression analysis method further analyzes the spatial layout characteristics and influencing factors of the farmer’s market,and explores optimal countermeasures and suggestions.The article first conducts field investigations on the basic conditions of the farmer’s market in the main urban area of Bengbu through investigations,visits,literature and information,and questionnaires.Unreasonable balance,imperfect market system,inconsistent with the construction speed of residential areas,insufficient number of wholesale markets,large differences in scale,chaotic retail market management,etc.;secondly,using arcgis software to use spatial analysis methods,from spatial distribution characteristics,traffic location characteristics,The characteristics of market size,population density and residential area characteristics are analyzed respectively for the overall spatial layout characteristics of wholesale and retail farmer’s markets;then SPSS software is used to study the spatial layout of retail farmer’s markets in Bengbu through quantitative analysis.The degree of influence of influencing factors;finally,suggestions on optimizing the spatial layout of Bengbu’s farmer’s market were put forward,namely,the establishment of Bengbu’s farmer’s market layout planning and construction standards,the construction of farmer’s market was incorporated into Bengbu’s urban master plan,and the construction of farmer’s market in new residential areas was promoted and strengthened.Construction of wholesale farmer’s markets and regulation of the property rights of retail farmer’s markets.
