With the issuance of"Electricity Reform No.9"in 2015,the reform of China's electricity sales side market was officially launched,and a large number of electricity sales companies were rapidly established throughout the country.As a new market entity in the power-selling market,the power-selling company has the advantage of buying and selling electricity from many power trading markets by agent users.Therefore,how to plan the proportion of purchasing electricity and the plan of selling electricity reasonably has become the core issue of its operation.Firstly,this paper deeply studies the characteristics of four modes of electricity purchase,including medium-term and long-term bilateral contract,option contract,day-ahead contract and real-time contract,as well as four modes of electricity sale:fixed price,fixed time-sharing price contract,real-time price contract and bottom-guaranteed cap price contract,and establishes a mathematical model.Aiming at the problem of purchasing and selling electricity strategy of power selling companies considering risk aversion,this paper compares various risk assessment methods,uses conditional risk value method(CVaR)to measure the expected risk loss of trading strategy,and constructs various scenarios of purchasing and selling electricity based on one week data of PJM market in the United States.The analysis shows that different types of purchasing and selling electricity contracts have differen t profit characteristics and risk aversion characteristics.At the same time,risk preference and fluctuation degree of market price have a significant impact on the profit and expected risk loss of the power selling company.According to their own risk preference,the power selling company can formulate a reasonable combination trading strategy and price.Subsequently,based on the above model,this paer introduces the interaction mechanism of user-side demand response resources participating in real-time market,and proposes two types of demand response projects based on Incentive and price to encourge users to participate actively in market regulation.Using the idea of bilevel programming,the model is solved by adaptive genetic algorithm and immune genetic algorithm with the upper goal of maximizing revenue and minimizing expected risk loss and the lower goal of maximizing user satisfaction.The case study shows that the strategy of purchasing and selling electricity by introducing demand response project can significantly optimize the profit of the company and reduce the risk loss,thus achieving a win-win situation between the company and the customer.
