In the absence of a real-time electricity price mechanism,the flexible load of the system can not accept and response to changes in the supply and demand of the system in time.As a result,customer loads with short-term response capabilities become a fixed load constraint in system operation,which greatly inhibits the response of user-side loads potential.Incentive demand response,with direct money incentives,guide user-side loads to participate in the electricity spot market,which make flexible loads in the power system proactively a market-schedulable resource,and promote coordination and optimal operation between generation and load.Through the implementation of incentive demand response projects,flexible load can be effectively integrated into the electricity spot market,customer can be guided to response to market price signals,which makes market competition more effective.Based on the analysis of the scheduling function of flexible loads,schedulable loads can be divided into three types of load models;reduction type,transfer type and shifting type.The corresponding three basic mathematical models of demand response load are established.The demand response model established in this paper is similar in form to the generator'.It is able to be dispatched during system operation and promotes the integration of flexible load into the electricity market transaction.According to the characteristics of flexible load reduction and transfer response,this paper proposes a two-stage transaction mechanism of demand-side reponse in day-ahead energy market to optimize the transfer-type load and reduction-type load in stages,which can effectively integrate flexible load into the day-ahead energy market to directly transactions with other market members.By setting up appropriate demand response comensation mechanism to encourage customer to participate,it improves the ability of system to integrate resources while optimizing the benefits of market allocation of resources,so as to achieve coordinated optimal scheduling of generation and load in the context of the electricity spot market.For user-side flexible load with rapid response capabilities given the market incentive compatible spin reserve resource clearance mechanism,it is established to a joint optimization model with energy,depth peak shaving and spin reserve by adopting the mode of spin reserve bidding and unified market clearing,which intergrate and optimize the generation and load,energy resources and backup resources of the market,and at a same time consider the opportunity loss cost when the unit provides auxiliary services.The demand response strategy in grid emergency is studied under the power system reliability analysis.Through a random production simulation method,the total capacity demand of the system is calculated under the influence of various uncertain factors,and it is compared to the installed capacity to determine the purchase capacity of the reliability demand response.According to the market profit analysis of the peak reserve unit,it is determined to the compensation price for the reliability demand response.The actual system papameters are used for calculation.The calculation results show that the method is correct and operable,which can provide a reference for the power company or wholesale power market to formulate reliability demand response projects.
