Due to the needs of social and economic development and the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, industrial enterprises have put forward higher requirements for the training quality of high-quality skilled talents. However, how to train high-quality workers and produce talents with excellent front-line skills is an important problem that vocational colleges face and must solve.Hydraulic transmission has many characteristics that cannot be replaced by other transmission methods. It is widely used in machinery manufacturing equipment and various types of construction machinery. In the mechanical and electrical specialty of secondary vocational school,Hydraulic Transmission Technology is an essential professional course for training first-line application-oriented skilled talents. How to reform the teaching mode and improve the teaching effect of the course Hydraulic Transmission Technology is an urgent research topic for secondary vocational machinery teachers.Hydraulic transmission has the characteristics of theory, comprehensiveness and flexibility. At the same time, with the development of optical, electromechanical, hydraulic and control technologies, hydraulic technology is closely combined with sensing technology and microelectronic technology, and new knowledge and technology are continuously integrated. The traditional teaching methods have not been able to meet the demands of enterprises in the industry for talents in terms of innovation ability and self-learning ability. In view of this situation, from how to better solve the difficulties, emphases and skills training in the teaching process, this paper proposes to apply the "action-oriented" concept to the teaching reform of this course. The main research contents are as follows:(1)"Action-oriented" theory and investigation. The core content and relevant theories of the "action-oriented" concept are studied with the method of literature research.Based on the analysis of the research and application status of action-oriented by scholars at home and abroad,a questionnaire,a survey form and interviews were designed according to the teaching status of experimental schools. The feasibility of applying the concept of "action-oriented" to the course of Hydraulic Transmission Technology was mainly studied.(2)Research on the teaching design of Hydraulic Transmission Technology under the concept of "Action Orientation".This paper analyzes the learning content, learners, teaching objectives, teaching strategy design, teaching evaluation analysis and other elements of the teaching design of this course under the action-oriented concept, studies the cultivation of knowledge and skills in key and difficult points of the course, and puts forward the teaching methods and teaching scheme design of relevant chapters.(3)An empirical study on the teaching of Hydraulic Transmission Technology based on the concept of "action-oriented".The experimental class and the reference class were selected and the pretest study was conducted. The teaching strategy put forward by the teaching design research was implemented. The "action-oriented" teaching mode was applied to the experimental class and the ordinary teaching mode was applied to the reference class. The empirical study lasted for one semester. At the end of the semester, the students were investigated by two questionnaires, and the teaching effect was analyzed based on the final score data. The results show that the typical chapter teaching strategy proposed by the researchers in the action-oriented concept is reasonable and effective, and can be applied to other courses in vocational education. The teaching design classroom under the concept of "action-oriented" can improve students' interest in learning, increase the communication between students and teachers, cultivate students' good learning habits, independent thinking, active problem-solving awareness, etc.
