Since the 21 st century,the country has vigorously developed vocational education for the cultivation of skilled talents.As a big country in automobile manufacturing,the demand for skilled talents in automobile manufacturing industry is huge,which makes automobile manufacturing major become one of the hot professional categories in secondary vocational schools in China.There are many problems in secondary vocational school students,such as poor ability of autonomous learning and lack of interest in learning.Compared with the skilled talents who are required by the industry development,there are still some gaps between the students trained in the traditional teaching mode and the professional development needs.In order to meet the market demand of automobile manufacturing industry,the automobile manufacturing major in secondary vocational school has carried out corresponding teaching reform.The course of automobile structure and disassembly is the core course of automobile manufacturing and maintenance major in secondary vocational schools.Taking the course of "automobile structure and disassembly" as an example,this study investigates the learning state of secondary vocational school students,analyzes the problems existing in the course of "automobile structure and disassembly",and according to the characteristics of the course teaching content,selects the action oriented teaching method to customize the teaching design,so as to realize the teaching reform.The chapter of "teaching design case and Implementation Based on action oriented teaching method" is the focus of this paper.In view of the reconstruction of the teaching content and the allocation of class hours for the course of automobile structure and disassembly,two knowledge contents of "generator structure and disassembly" based on the guiding text teaching method and "overall cognition of automobile chassis" based on the mind map teaching method are selected as examples to list the detailed contents of the teaching design.In the teaching design,in addition to setting up the characteristic links of corresponding teaching methods,it also adds the teaching design scheme of "special enterprise guidance","unknown recorder" evaluation,and "professional ability evaluation form" for electronic archiving.The results show that the teaching effect of action oriented teaching method in the course of "automobile structure and disassembly" has been significantly ameliorated,the students’ learning interest has been improved,and the view of realizing teaching reform through teaching design has been confirmed.
