Photovoltaic grid-connected monitoring system is an important guarantee of photovoltaic grid-connected power generation system.Once grid-connected power generation,photovoltaic system will be an important node of the public grid.If there are problems,it will seriously affect the stability of the power system.Therefore,the perfect design of monitoring system will effectively ensure the safe and stable operation of photovoltaic power generation system,reduce the workload of manual maintenance and reduce the cost of operation and maintenance.Through the real-time monitoring of power generation equipment and photovoltaic operation environment,the potential faults of the system can be found effectively,and the corresponding measures can be given in time to avoid the photovoltaic power system failure outage.This project designs a remote monitoring system of photovoltaic grid connected based on 4G transmission and communication.The system can not only realize the real-time monitoring of the operation status of the electrical equipment of photovoltaic power generation,but also monitor the real-time meteorological environment of the photovoltaic power generation site and the power quality of grid-connected power generation.Firstly,the background and significance of the topic are introduced,and the related technologies of remote monitoring system for grid-connected photovoltaic power generation are analyzed.On the basis of studying the structure and basic working principle of the photovoltaic grid-connected power generation system,the functional requirements of the monitoring system are analyzed,and the monitoring requirements for the photovoltaic grid-connected power generation equipment,the operating environment of photovoltaic power generation and the power quality monitoring requirements are put forward.On the basis of demand analysis,the overall function design of photovoltaic grid-connected monitoring system is proposed.The overall design scheme is given for the functions of equipment operation information monitoring,photovoltaic field environment monitoring,and communication with the upper monitoring system.The realization scheme of power quality detection is analyzed in detail,and two different design methods are compared.Finally,the design scheme of power quality monitoring module and controller is determined.This paper focuses on the analysis of the hardware circuit design of the photovoltaic grid-connected remote monitoring system,designs the overall functional structure of the hardware unit,and analyzes in detail the circuit design of each part of the monitoring system.Selecting S3C2416 processor as the core controller,the design of receiving power module,memory unit and communication interface circuit is designed.This paper focuses on the design of meteorological information detection unit,and analyses the design of lightning information monitoring unit and meteorological information detection unit such as rainfall and wind speed.Finally,the software design and system test of the photovoltaic grid connected remote monitoring system are analyzed.Firstly,the overall structure of the software unit of the monitoring system is introduced.Secondly,the debugging of the basic functions of the circuit and the functional testing of the communication interface are discussed in detail.Finally,the whole function test and long-term stability test of the system are analyzed.Through the test,it can be seen that the functions of each part of the system are realized,and the performance is stable,which meets the use requirements.
