Biomass is a kind of traditional renewable energy.Biomass power generation takes agriculture,forestry,industrial waste and domestic waste as raw materials and converts them into electric energy.It is a kind of clean and renewable power generation with good development prospects.However,as a new type of power generation,biomass power generation quality and grid connected operation reliability need long-term verification.In this paper,a grid connected operation monitoring system based on biomass power generation is designed.Through the real-time monitoring of the electrical parameters,environmental parameters and equipment parameters that affect the operation safety of the power grid,the safe operation of the whole power generation and grid connected system is guaranteed.Firstly,this paper analyzes the the key technology of the design of biomass power grid monitoring system.It discusses the basic structure,working principle and equipment composition of biomass power generation.It analyzes the characteristics of biomass power generation and its impact on the distribution network after grid connected operation.It studies the basic technical requirements of grid connected output of biomass power generation.It studies the specific situation of biomass power generation system in Yanling District,Henan Province,including the general situation of installation,power generation,grid voltage level and grid connection level.On this basis,the overall structure of the monitoring system is designed.It divides the system into field acquisition terminal unit,communication unit and upper monitoring master station unit.It uses Ethernet communication and 4G wireless communication to adapt to different applications.This paper focuses on the realization of each functional unit of the grid connected operation monitoring system.The zero crossing comparison circuit is designed to detect the frequency and phase of power grid;the power quality module is selected to test the power quality of each node of power transmission and distribution;the seven element meteorological instrument is selected to detect the weather information such as wind and rain;the lightning sensor module is used to measure the lightning energy;the hall sensor and high-speed acquisition board are selected to realize the neutral of transformer It uses ZigBee wireless sensor to detect the vibration,temperature and other gas components.It uses the display mode based on the embedded touch screen.It uses the board level relay drive scheme to realize the output control of relay protection.Finally,the detailed design of the monitoring terminal and the function test of each unit are completed.It selected the stm32f407 processor based on cortex-m4 core as the main controller.It analyzes the device selection and circuit schematic drawing in detail.According to the difference of function interface and each function unit,the whole software is designed into different subprograms,and the RS-485 communication program design is mainly introduced.It introduces the basic function test,communication interface test and the overall test of the control system in detail.The test shows that the system function is realized and the performance is good.
