With the continuous development and expansion of the land and sea transport industry,the efficiency and safety of transportation has attracted more and more attention.Container transport,as one of the important modes of transport,plays an indispensable role in the efficiency and security of transport.Efficient container loading mode improves the efficiency of overall transport;Precision container weighing reduces the overall transport risk.Nowadays,most of the existing container transportation separates loading and weighing,that is to say,the containers are loaded first and then weighed by the floor scales,which has some shortcomings in work efficiency and safety.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the loading efficiency and weighing accuracy of containers.Aiming at these problems,this thesis investigates the research status of container weighing at home and abroad,and proposes and implements a weighing controller based on container turnover machine combined with embedded technology.Based on Qt framework,the controller integrates the functions of weight signal acquisition and processing,weight display,record and inquiry,and realizes the weighing design of container turnover machine integrating "loading" and "weighing",which improves the loading efficiency and ensures the accuracy of weighing.The weighing controller of the container turnover machine has the advantages of convenient hoisting,fast packing speed and high weighing accuracy.According to the actual needs and the accuracy and stability of the control system,the software functions are divided into modules,including data acquisition,data processing,data storage,human-computer interaction and watchdog module.The data processing module is described in detail.The sampled data signal not only contains the weight information of the cargo,but also contains a variety of interference signals,such as mechanical vibration,electromagnetic interference and so on.These signals seriously affect the weighing accuracy and weighing state judgment.In order to eliminate these disturbances,digital filtering methods such as amplitude limiting filtering combined with recursive average filtering or Kalman filtering are used to filter the symmetrical heavy signals.In addition,due to the inevitable difference of sensitivity and output impedance of each sensor,when the material is stacked in the container unevenly,the error of the quadrangle sensor will lead to the deviation of the weight indication value from the actual weight,this design proposed one kind of method which adds the correction coefficient,has eliminated the four corners errors in the software stratification plane.
