Research On Design Service Strategy For Automobile Welding Fixture In D Company

At present,the sales growth of China’s automobile industry is gradually slowing down,the personalized demand is increasingly strengthened,and the demand for the transformation of the whole vehicle manufacturing line is getting strong.This has posed a new challenge to the provider’s service of the traditional automobile welding production line.It is highly necessary to continuously upgrade the existing design and manufacturing production line to meet the current market demand and then survive and develop in the increasingly competitive market environment.In this paper,an analysis of D company’s development problems they are facing on about auto body welding fixture production line in current competitive market was carried out.The service-oriented design business of D company is analyzed and studied,and the specific implementation strategy of servitization is proposed.Firstly,this paper expounds the concept and management method of design service in machinery manufacturing industry,then analyzes the present situation and problems of the design business of D Company of automobile body welding fixture manufacturing enterprise,analyzes its own advantages and disadvantages,and puts forward the idea of service design and manufacture in enterprises.According to D company’s current state of operation,an account of production line design has hindered company development is given,and the existing problems of D company is addressed.A proposal of establishing a strategy for service-oriented design and related specific methods and content,etc.is presented.It is hope that through the innovation of the service concept,adopting of advanced technology and application and other measures to promote the development of companies,deepen the service consciousness..This paper aims to analysis of the present status of automobile welding fixture design and manufacturing enterprises.By using innovative service concept,exploit company potential of internal services,put forward specific methods and measures to carry on a servitization reform of the production line design,Improve service quality and efficiency accordingly,so as to provide high quality products and services to automobile manufacturers.In the meantime the company itself can reduce operating costs and improve the service efficiency to gain win-win situation and enhance the market competitive power.Finally,hope the research of this subject can provide some reference for relevant industry.
