For a long time, energy is a focal and difficult problem in Chinese economic development. It has a direct influence on sustainable development of Chinese national economy to solve the problem of energy. With development of international economy, the situation of national economy sustainable development is unpredictable, the energy strategy of other countries bright a serious challenge to china, above-mentioned make the Chinese national economic development produce a profound influence, also give the peaceful rise of china a baptism. So, it has a very important significance for Chinese national economy and the healthy sustainable growth of society through analysis on the situation of energy from the strategic height, work on the problem of energy development. Because the energy consumption restrict the sustainable development of building trade, research light energy efficient thermal insulation material has a underestimated role, therefore, it is necessary to research it.The deficient performance of materials in traditional thermal insulation industry on the topic.It depends on the advantage of shale ceramic thermal insulation to work on light slab which has performance of energy efficient and thermal insulation, it not only inherits the advantages of traditional thermal insulation slab materials but also overcomes the deficiency of high apparent density. It use a low apparent density shale ceramist to research a type of complete light concrete which has a performance of good thermal insulation and low bulk density.Through analysis on the strength of light weight aggregate concrete, when preparing complete light concrete, the strength of light weight aggregate is always more than mortar, when preparing complete light concrete mainly depends on the strength of the cement mortar. When preparing light sand concrete, the strength of light weight aggregate concrete is always less than normal mortar strength, light sand concrete strength depends on the strength of the light coarse aggregate. The complete light concrete article adopted which is prepared with shale sand, the higher apparent density is, the larger thermal conductivity coefficient is, which reduce the performance of the thermal insulation, and the higher apparent density is, the larger strength is. It is a contradiction point of this topic, so, in the process of research, it must improve strength of the shale ceramic concrete and reduce the level of its apparent density in order to get a good thermal insulation performance. Through high and low volume of fly-ash make a performance contrast test on the shale ceramic concrete, orthogonal experimental design method is used to determine the best proportion of shale ceramic concrete.The topic research waterproof property of ceramic concrete, on the base of the best proportion of ceramic concrete, it make a impervious performance contrast test by daubing different kinds of waterproof materials on the appearance of shale ceramic concrete, analysis on overall economic efficiency, finally, it is concluded the best waterproof materials of ceramic concrete.In the construction industry, energy efficient thermal insulation ceramic concrete is a tendency, research this material is not only beneficial to protect the natural environment and develop the national economy, but also to save energy, to maintain the sustainable development path in an effective way.Figure [32] table [33] reference [60]...
