| With the development of globalization and the improvement of industrial manufacturing,the container ship’s maximization trend is obvious.Meanwhile,Shipping market continues to depression have lead to new-building price make a new low record,labor costs continue to rise let the shipyard’s production cost up current annual.Come true the quality control and the cost control is the only way to survival and profit,which is force the shipyard to find the way to improve the status quo to shortening production cycle and lean shipbuilding.Accuracy management is an objective necessary important part of lean shipbuilding,that is an important method to ensure the scientific management,productivity and the cost be controlled.Accuracy management is one of the most important technologies in the modem shipyards,and it is an important connotation of modem management.The research object of this thesis is base on 10000 TEU container ship build by China Shipping Industry(Jiang Su)company.The research objects are the methods and technological process of shipbuilding accuracy management.Using 3D Accuracy control theory and datum plane/line concepts to do the theoretical analysis and methods study,comparing the different between traditional methods and new 3D management methods,research the results which follow the 3D methods analysis and simulation erection to conformed the feasibility of this methods.At the end part of this dissertation,follow “Accuracy Plan → Training → Process Control →Analysis/Feedback → Improvement ”,determined the feasible plan of management and process,prove 3D accuracy method have its rational and scientific existence value for shipyards. |
