Following the Chinese economy stride development,the enterprises,as the basic economic units,on one hand the number of customers keeps increasing,the demands keep increasing,the customer's geographical distribution keeps expanding,which lead to favorable market prospects having a huge attraction to all manufacturers;on the other hand the enterprise infrastructure gradually become relatively insufficient,may the local industrial policy adjustment,water and electric utilities supply may be tight,local labor costs increase too fast,which limit the enterprises to achieve the desired development targets.This paper studies the case is from a small and medium-sized enterprise.The study on factory layout makes practical sense.(1)After comparing the company's ability and resources with the risk may encounter,the company choose the new factory strategy: through the implementation of new factory project,to enable enterprises to obtain a new operating environment and resources to achieve its development goals.Enterprises must firstly define the production program of new site so that to ensure the success of new factory project.This paper discusses the prediction process,discusses its rationality,to obtain reliable demand forecast to support for the factory layout.(2)In the support of project management theory,take the research on layout of the new factory project by project management,according to the SLP,through the investigation for several months the site and organized several seminars,collect a lot of information and real data,on the basis of combining the theory of system arrangement,reasonable layout scheme has been factory according to the effective management mode of project management,project schedule and task.(3)The paper analyzes and calculates the logistics load of L company,and finds out the method of the quantitative evaluation of the layout scheme.In this paper,we will get the direction of the optimization of the scheme,and apply to the layout of the new plant project of L company.(4)According to the actual situation of the case,determine the calculation model of the internal material flow cost,logistics cost calculation of the actual case,quantitative comparative evaluation of layout scheme of the new factory with the status quo,research results have been applied to the L company layout schemeIn particular,on the basis of the research on layout planning,the paper takes further stdudy the method of how to evaluate the layout scheme,and the process to optimize.And through the practical application of the method and process of the optimization on the schemes,and then compared with the original scheme,can be found after the optimization scheme has obvious advantages.In the case,L automotive fabric company(L)focused on automotive service for textile products,for domestic OEM(original equipment manufacturer)such as GM,Volkswagen,GM Wuling,and North America OEM.The production process covers the main process of textile weaving and dyeing.In the present market,company that likes L Company whose business goes across the automotive industry and the textile industry,while with a certain size,is relatively few.Through the analysis of the automotive industry and textile weaving and dyeing industry in the paper,it is found that company L is of more typical.The plans and measures in this paper not only play a guiding role in this project,but also has reference value for the similar enterprises in similar places.
