The country's policy guidance for new energy vehicles has been very clear,but many new energy companies have the technology and management level to be improved.New energy companies,especially the battery manufacturing enterprises,the rapid expansion of market,while expanding the scale of production at the same time,for the battery technology and management has not been able to keep up with.Power battery,said here is mainly used in the automotive industry.Domestic battery companies,mostly started from doing 3C batteries,not familiar with the rules of the automotive industry.Therefore,the combination of project quality management knowledge,to implement TS16949 in the power battery industry.Which would improve the level of management of the battery business,and be full connection to the automotive industry.This thesis was based on the HEV power lithium-ion battery development project of quality management,which came from enterprise A123 company and BMW,combined with the APQP TS16949 tools,such as the project quality planning,project quality assurance and project quality control in the three aspects are analyzed.The project quality plan was divided into four phases: the planning for the project quality setting,design and development stage of quality planning,process development phase quality planning and trial production stage of quality planning.In the phase of the project quality setting,mainly using QFD and project design to analyze and validation;in the design and development stage mainly using DFMEA and QFD to output special features list and BOM to confirm project related products such as instruments and key control points;in the quality planning of process development phase,based on DFMEA,using tools PFD,PFMEA and control plan,to output the complete set of process documents;In the trial production stage,using tools,such as the checklist for the corresponding design parameters,material before production.In the project quality assurance,through internal responsibility assignment table,internal audit and customer audit tools such as,submit PPAP report.About the project quality control,using the project quality control tools such as check list,process capability analysis,SPC control diagram and fishbone diagram.Through the project implementation,for the power lithium ion battery industry in establishing the project quality management system has a good exploration.
