| The design and development of new products of automobile parts can effectively improve the market competitiveness of enterprises,meet consumer demand and promote the development of domestic auto parts industry.However,due to the lack of product development project quality management ability and experience,there are many problems existing,such as long development period,poor product quality,low success rate and low return on actual benefit in new product development projects.Therefore,the design and development of automotive parts and components quality management research have become the research focus of domestic parts enterprises.In order to improve the quality management of new product design and development projects of H company,an auto parts company,this paper first introduces the quality and control of new products in China,and analyzes the current situation of new product development and management mode in China;Then,the concept and application of international quality management system development tool-product quality advanced planning(APQP)are introduced,and the establishment and advantages of APQP new product development quality management method are clarified;On the basis of this,the present situation of H Company’s existing new product development is introduced and analyzed.It is found that H Company has unreasonable management of project quality,and has the problems of low competitiveness,long development period and high development cost;Finally,based on APQP,combined use of design tools and design methods as well as the optimization of H’s new product de,velopment process and the company’s organizational structure,can effectively improve the company’s new product development efficiency,and thus improve H company’s new product design and development project quality management..This paper aims to provide reference and guidance for the quality management of new product design and development projects of other domestic parts and components companies. |
