The progress control of construction project is always the focus of project management and the main index of project management performance evaluation.It is more difficult to control the progress of large-scale infrastructure projects,which is mainly reflected in the large span of construction period and large uncertainty factors,especially the PPP and EPC mode implemented in recent years,which has a longer construction period.In this paper,the key chain technology is used to study the schedule control of F tunnel project.Firstly,the main construction contents of F tunnel are introduced and analyzed.Aiming at the difficulties of F tunnel project schedule management,WBS method is applied to decompose the main work contents of the project,and then the work task network diagram is constructed.Then the key resource constraints in project construction are analyzed,and the key chain is identified.Then based on the critical chain,this paper compares several buffer calculation methods,and selects the appropriate method to calculate and analyze the buffer.According to the calculation results,the main contents of project schedule control and relevant measures are put forward.Finally,the implementation effect is evaluated and the results are analyzed.It can be seen that the relevant measures can greatly shorten the total construction period,and make the construction period of key links relatively abundant under the resource constraints,so as to ensure the overall progress management objectives of the project.The main contribution of this paper is: combined with the characteristics and difficulties of F tunnel project schedule management,WBS,critical chain and other methods are applied to solve the schedule management problem of the project.In this paper,the progress management method of large-scale infrastructure construction is explored.The related processes and methods have certain reference significance for similar projects in China.
