With the general and universal application of electronic product in industry,agriculture and regular life of human people,Reliability and safety are increasingly valued.Especially people pay more attention to the development of all kinds of circuit protection components.As one of the most important parts of electronic and electric products,transformers has been widely used in many electronic products.In the domestic certification bodies the automation degree of the definitive test of the accessories products left much to be improved,as for safety of the transformer conforming to the standard of GB19212.1(IEC61558-1),the traditional manual testing method barely meets the requirements of the sampling rate,and has caused a lot of technical deficiencies including inadmissible deviation in the calculation and post-processing of the related experimental data,lengthy work-time of the staff,and low test efficiency.In this paper,concerning the type test of various electronic and power transformers,a set of intelligent automatic measurement and control system of the temperature rise test is presented.The system consists of software packages with modularized designing and an original hardware apparatus with built-in control modules.Therefore this system is capable of performing a series of operations without human intervention,such as controlling of the related testing equipment,data analysis,real-time monitoring,timing acquisition and data processing of corresponding algorithms,auto-save of test configuration and generating original record of the test.Thus,the idea of ‘Full automation with only one simple configuration' has truly been realized.For the automatic measurement and control system,the hardware and the software architecture have been designed respectively.The hardware architecture includes the design of power supply,electronic load,the acquisition of temperature and resistance data,the main control system and so on.It has completed the communication and connection between the discrete test equipment and the computer.The test control circuit has switched,set and debugged automaticly.Based on the Lab VIEW platform,the software architecture has developed the main system programming,the communication of driver interface and controlling program.The main system programming refers to the parameter settings of user interface,automatic control module,the acquisition module of data,the analysis module of data and other auxiliary functions;In the communication of driver interface,the data transmission configuration has realized through interface technologies such as GPIB bus and RS232 bus;The desigh of control program refers to the feedback of signal and command,realizing the control function in automatic test.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional testing method,the application of this system minimized uncertainty caused by human factors in the testing process and improve precision of data analysis.The system possessed the functional advantages including the automatic synchronize switching,quick power-on and power-off,the parameter settings of user interface,the timing acquisition of data and the process of online data.It ensured the consistency,integrity and traceability of the test results effectively.
