With the rapid development of automotive field, the electronic control system developed and applied more and more widely. At the same time the automobile steps into multi-function and intelligent era. A large number of electronic control units make our driving more safety and comfort. However facing large and complex electronic control system, how to ensure it work stably and normally is the key problem in the process of model development. The traditional test method of electric control system is based on the real car bench or prototype real vehicle. These test methods have a great deal of defects, such as high test cost, long test cycle and inadequate test coverage, etc. Hardware in the loop test technology simulates measurement models through simulators, establishes the corresponding vehicle model, and simulates the operation condition of the vehicle. It means that you can test the electric control system in front of the stage of real vehicle. So that we can reduce the number of real vehicle test, shorten cost and time, at the same time to facilitate testing extreme working conditions.This topic based on this background, relying on hardware resources platform of China Automotive Technology and Research Center, studies the hardware in the loop test method of electric control system of the body, combination with dSPACE simulators establishes a complete set of testing process of vehicle electric control system. With the vehicle body control system as the research object, the hardware platform is based on dSPACE simulator. The test platform uses the business model of dSPACE for secondary development, and realizes constant current or constant pressure load simulation unit the design and simulation experiments, and achieves model and the real vehicle performance perfect matching. The PC interface is developed by ControlDesk software. It can not only realize real-time manual testing of ECU, but also can develop automated test scripts with AutomationDesk software. So can it automate test of the test platform.The test process of this topic can realize comprehensive test of the electric control system. It turns a lot of real vehicle tests to simulation test bench, greatly saving development cost and shortening the development cycle. At the same time, test coverage based on the experience enhances security and stability of the new model.
